I was attempting to show off my key necklace-I honestly have no idea where this necklace came from. It just appeared one day. I think my mom may have ordered it from somewhere, it says "Smithsonian" along the side of the key. I'm guessing that means it's from the Smithsonian.

In other news, CAN IT STOP SNOWING NOW? Damn Ohio winters.

Can it be summer now?

I've been in a dark mood all week so I thought I would look at some happy, spring/summer clothes.

I'm not a big fan of pink and gold so I am both repulsed and in love with those wedges. More in love though. And I feel as though this dress is probably a disaster waiting to happen but it's so adorable.

This is from the Teen Vogue "Toy Soldier" editorial. One of the most epic pictures I have ever come across. I don't understand what I love so much about it but it's just amazing! TV is really making a come-back with their editorials, they lagged for a bit there but this one is excellent, in my opinion!

I found this adorable gold metal headband in a shoebox a couple days ago. Apparently, I wore it when I was little since it turns up in quite a few of my kindergarten and first grade pictures. I am sort of obsessed with it and am wearing it as I type.

Technically, I should be finishing my essay on Bartleby right now but I keep getting distracted. I am now eating my fourth muffin of the day and watching Everybody Hates Chris. It's pathetic. But procrastination works in mysterious ways. I took some pictures earlier and I like how the lighting came out so here's one.

Good bye, Ruby Tuesday

Today started out pretty bad but got better. Left campus in a terrible snowstorm to have lunch with my parents. Always a fun time :) The snow's supposed to keep coming (when I say snow, I mean blizzard) until 7 pm tomorrow night so no class for me tomorrow! That made me immensely happy.

Enough about me.

I love these pictures of Mia Wasikowska. Yes, they're from Teen Vogue and yes, I still read Teen Vogue. I absolutely love her hair and wish I was brave enough to cut mine that short. I adore the black dress she's wearing in the first picture as well. AND I cannot wait for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.

Redhead

As in, I'm a redhead now. Sort of at least. I was aiming for a very red color but ended up with an almost purplish redhead. I must not be meant to be a full-on redhead.

Just for the record, I think cigarettes are disgusting but this picture was too good to pass up. In my intro to theater through film class (don't ask), we just finished watching the 1990 version of Hamlet and Helena Bonham Carter played Ophelia. I had no idea who she was until my TA told the class. Obviously I've been living under a rock. I thought she was pretty awesome so I googled her.

Also you should try Malley's chocolate if you've never.

Closing walls and ticking clocks

I figured I would start a blog since everyone seems to have one. I tried this about a year ago but failed miserably on account of having nothing to say, no pictures, etc. So let's see how this works out, eh?

Erm well, I found the shoes in my mom's closet and they actually fit me properly. Usually her shoes don't fit my big feet so that was nice.
